Terms of Use

By using Sunday Eng ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Sunday Eng. A child under 13 should use the app only on a parent or legal guardian's account and under their supervision.
• If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
• A parent or legal guardian who wants a child's account removed does it the same way anyone else does: in the app, Settings → Delete Account. It removes the account and everything in it, at once.
• When an account is created we tell you, on the screen, to keep the username and password safe. If they are lost, nobody can open that account — not even us — and keeping them safe is your own responsibility.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for your username and all activity on your account.
• Do not share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms or our Content Policy.
• We are not obligated to provide reasons for account deletion.
• Upon deletion, all your data including posts, messages, coins, and profile information will be permanently removed. We keep only the receipt for a payment you actually made, as proof of that payment.
• If your account is closed because you broke these Terms or our Content Policy, any remaining coins are forfeited and are not refundable.

3. Content Rules

You agree NOT to post:

• Hate speech, abuse, or harassment
• Sexually explicit or violent content
• Spam or misleading information
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Any content that is illegal under Indian law, or under the laws of the country from which you are using the app

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules without notice.

4. Virtual Coins

• Coins are an in-app virtual item with no real-world cash value. Paying for coins simply lets you use a paid feature inside the app; it does not give you ownership of anything, and coins are not money, currency, credit, a deposit, or a stored-value instrument.
• Coins can never be redeemed, withdrawn, or converted into cash, and cannot be traded or exchanged for money, goods or services — with us or with anyone else, at any time. Sending coins to another user inside the app is a gift, not a trade; see the next point.
• Sending coins to another user is an in-app gift. Nothing of monetary value passes between users, and we do not provide any money transfer, remittance, or payment service between users.
• We reserve the right to modify, reduce, or reset coin balances if fraudulent activity is detected.
• Purchased coins are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing at any time.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Cashfree Payments in Indian Rupees (₹). By making a purchase, you agree to Cashfree's terms and privacy policy as well.

6. Intellectual Property

The Sunday Eng app, logo, and design are owned by us. Content you create remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a license to display it within the app.

7. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Sunday Eng is run by a very small team. Some things are outside our control — natural disasters, war or civil unrest, government action or orders, internet or power shutdowns in our area, failure of our hosting or payment providers, and serious illness or other emergencies affecting the people who run the app.

Where any of these prevents us from providing the app, or from meeting a time limit stated in these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy or our Content Policy, those obligations are paused for as long as the situation lasts, and we will act as soon as we reasonably can afterwards. A delay caused by such an event is not a failure on our part. This does not take away any right you have — it only means the clock stops while the situation lasts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sunday Eng is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

11. User Content and Our Role

Sunday Eng hosts content created by its users. We do not create that content and we do not review it before it is published. We act on content that is reported to us, through the Report button in the app or by email, in the manner set out in our Content Policy.

Links to other websites. Sunday Eng may show links to websites we do not own or control — some placed by us in announcements, and some typed by users in their own content. We do not check those links and we do not monitor where they lead, and a website can change at any time after a link to it has been posted. We are not responsible for them. Opening a link takes you outside Sunday Eng and is your own decision and at your own risk — from that point the other website's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. Never enter a password, payment details or personal information on a website you reached through a link here. We have no ability to change or remove anything on a website we do not own. Nothing here means we screen or monitor what users post. Complaints about content inside Sunday Eng are handled as set out in our Content Policy and by our Grievance Officer below.

12. Grievance Officer

Complaints about content or about your account can be sent to our designated Grievance Officer:

• We aim to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days, except where prevented by circumstances beyond our control (section 7).
